Fonts Print Properly but Appear Distorted

At certain point sizes, some fonts may seem distorted on the screen because screen resolutions are low. Fonts are represented by the dots of the output device, whether it is screen pixels or the dots of a laser printer. IDAutomation fonts are created to be printed on high-resolution ink-jet and laser printers 300 DPI or greater. In addition, the fonts are created according to national and international standards that have very precise measurements. If the fonts were formatted to the computer screen (96 DPI), the fonts would not obtain the highest quality output from a high-resolution printer; therefore, the fonts would not directly match the standards.
